Girls Distance Running (XC & Track) Incoming 9-12th Graders: June 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30 and July 1, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30 from 7-9:00 am on the Track.
Funds collected for this camp may be used for: coaches pay and professional learning, team equipment, uniforms, camps, team culture events, workshops, and/or athletic trainers.
There will be a $10 fee for any camp cancellations since staffing for each camp is based on enrollment.
This program provides a conditioning base for those primarily interested in high school cross country and track. Training includes distance runs, interval work, stretching and weights. Participants should bring your own water bottle. No camp Friday, July 3rd and Monday, July 6th.
