Sprint instruction and practice will improve performance in all speed-based sports including baseball, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, and track and field. Objectives: biomechanics of sprinting, nueromuscular training, ballistic and plyometirc training, drills to improve form and speed, dynamic flexibility, timed 40's and 10 m flys, demonstrations by elite high school sprinters, building relationships among peers.
Funds collected for this camp may be used for: coaches pay and professional learning, team equipment, uniforms, camps, team culture events, workshops, and/or athletic trainers.
There will be a $10 fee for any camp cancellations since staffing for each camp is based on enrollment.
