Girls XC Incoming 9-12th Graders: (Monday-Friday) June 15-26 (no camp on 6/19) and July 7-28 on the Track. A t-shirt will be provided, so please indicate size when registering.
Funds collected for this camp may be used for: coaches pay and professional learning, team equipment, uniforms, camps, team culture events, workshops, and/or athletic trainers.
Due to advance planning, staffing, and facility reservations, all summer camp fees are non-refundable.
This program provides a conditioning base for those primarily interested in high school cross country and track. Training includes distance runs, interval work, stretching and weights. Participants should bring your own water bottle. No camp Friday, July 3rd and Monday, July 6th.
